Blue Oasis Shower Filter comes with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What is Covered
- Defective parts or manufacturing faults.
- Malfunctions due to normal wear and tear.
What is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
- Damage caused by using the product with water temperatures exceeding 120°F (49°C).
- Damage caused by using the product with water pressure exceeding 80 psi.
How to Claim Warranty
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@blueoasisfilter.com to initiate a warranty claim. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the defect.
- Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your claim and determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
- Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will either repair or replace the defective product, free of charge.
Exclusions
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Damage caused by improper maintenance or cleaning is not covered.
